hooray i got very simplistic texture patterns working. screenshots to appear on the screenshot tumblr in a while, probably. i wanna get translucent textures working next (which is really just changing my texture generator to generate textures with alpha, and then also batching up the cell faces so translucent ones are drawn 1. later, and 2. depth-sorted. that second one is going to be the only hard part)

also, ha ha, since i linked it on sofurry i guess i might as well link it here. so uhhhhhh that gears of war idfic i've been picking at for the past forever? the one that's like 44k words, nearly entirely pornographic? that one. i posted a draft on pastebin. yup, pastebin, yr #1 site for pornographic fanfiction. (it's set to expire in a month, so, i guess get it while it's there.)

also hmmm if i really want to do nanowrimo+ then i should probably try to write 1667 words today, huh. yeah i should probably... do that...
