like on the one hand it's nice that i've basically run out of articles explaining novel procedural generation techniques, in that that means i'm basically caught up or ahead of the curve wrt the ~state of the art~ (at least in production) but on the other hand that is... not a particularly deep set of techniques. i really need to finish some of my generator stuff and then write up a few huge essays abt how it works, since that actually might be useful to people. maybe.
