sometimes ideas just click together and it's like, oh, this one big sprawling mess of concept fits together nearly perfectly with this other big sprawling mess of concept! i thought they were unrelated but actually they aren't!!
the real question is what can i do with this realization. keep working on the procedural generation stuff, first of all. it's really... coming along.
